If something is not working, start by saving your project, noting what you were trying to do, and checking whether Jury Pro created an error file in the application folder.

• What you clicked or pressed before the issue happened.
• Whether the issue happened while importing, printing, opening a project, or using Voir Dire Mode.
• The file type involved, such as PDF, Word, or a Jury Pro project file.
• Any Jury-Pro-error text file created by the app.

For import problems, the preview screen matters. Jury Pro tries to infer names and notes from messy source documents, but court forms vary. If an import splits a juror incorrectly or misses a name, the best support report explains where the correct juror starts and what Jury Pro imported instead.
