Frequently Asked Questions

Does Jury Pro work offline?

Yes. Jury Pro is intended to work offline during trial. The website can issue a signed license file, but the desktop app does not need a live internet connection to keep working after the license is installed.

What happens when the trial ends?

The 14-day trial lets users test the full workflow. After the trial ends, users can still keep working, save projects, and benefit from autosave. Opening saved projects, loading recovery data, and printing are available in the licensed version.

Can Jury Pro import jurors from PDFs?

Yes, but PDF quality matters. OCR PDFs usually work better than scanned image-only PDFs. The import preview exists so users can review names and notes before the imported jurors are added to the project.

What should I print before court?

Jury Pro can print juror lists, seating charts, and voir dire questions. Many users will want a seating chart and a juror note list as a backup, even if they plan to work mostly from the computer.
